Dr. Uk Kim (he/him)

Dr. Kim is a Post-doctoral Fellow studying adapted physical activity for people with various disabilities at McMaster University. He is interested in taking an in-depth approach to physical activity participation based on the intersectional identities of marginalized and vulnerable groups. Currently, he is researching barriers and facilitators to physical activity participation by applying an intersectional lens to the identities of marginalized and vulnerable groups in Canada and South Korea. Outside of the lab, you can find Uk playing sports like soccer and golf, and watching dramas and movies.
